Including product pre-sale, sale, after-sales service and technical consultation, technical training to customers, strengthening and communicating the relationship between our company and users, hereby we make the following commitments:
Product introduction, technical details and quality assurance in the early stage of ordering.
(1) During the product use process, the company regularly organizes technical and quality inspection service personnel to conduct user interviews, soliciting user feedback on product quality, use conditions, and improvement opinions in order to further improve product quality.
(2) For some special or complicated products, the company arranges relevant personnel of users to provide free training on product use, troubleshooting, and debugging.
